By accessing and using Zengato's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Zengato provides AI chatbot and voice agent implementation services for business automation. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our AI agents complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Our services include the implementation and deployment of text and voice AI agents, integration with your existing systems, training on your knowledge base, and ongoing support. Service availability and features may vary based on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account credentials, ensuring your AI agents are used ethically and legally, and complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. You must not use our services to create agents that engage in illegal activities, spread misinformation, or violate the rights of others.
We take data privacy seriously. All customer data is encrypted and stored securely using industry-standard protocols. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA (where applicable), and other applicable data protection regulations. All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, documentation, and proprietary AI models, remain the property of Zengato. You retain ownership of your data and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services during your subscription period.
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Zengato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In the event of service disruptions, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible and provide updates on our status page. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI agents may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses, and you are responsible for monitoring and managing their outputs.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold Zengato harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zengato is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
